Connector body: The core load-bearing component, usually made of corrosion-resistant and high-pressure-resistant materials such as nickel-plated brass and 304 stainless steel. It is divided into male end (plug) and female end (socket). It can be divided into threaded and threadless types according to the connection method, adapting to different installation scenarios. It has good pressure resistance and wear resistance and can adapt to complex working environments.

Locking assembly: The core functional components include stainless steel claws, springs, and release buttons (or collars). When the male end is inserted into the female end, the spring pushes the claws to lock the male end groove, achieving quick locking. When disassembling, press the release button (or pull the collar), the claws will release, and the male end can be easily pulled out. The operation is convenient and the locking is firm, preventing the pipeline from falling off.

Sealing components: Key sealing components, mostly made of oil-resistant, temperature-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials such as NBR nitrile rubber and fluororubber, O-rings or gaskets are embedded inside the joint. When the male and female ends are connected, the sealing components fit tightly to block gas leakage and ensure the pipeline sealing performance, while adapting to different gas media and operating temperature requirements.

Guide component: An auxiliary positioning component located at the connector interface. It features a smooth chamfered design to facilitate quick insertion of the male end, preventing jamming or scratching of the trachea during insertion. It also serves a positioning function to ensure accurate alignment of the male and female ends, improving connection efficiency.

Auxiliary components: These can be added according to functional requirements, such as sound-absorbing cotton, flanges, and lock nuts. The sound-absorbing version is used to reduce exhaust noise, the partition version with a flange can achieve through-plate installation, and the quick-tightening version is equipped with lock nuts to enhance the sealing performance in high-pressure scenarios, adapting to different special working conditions.
