Can't Tell you until i Receive it. please send shipping info,

There was no instruction sheet provided. So you have to try out wiring to different connections to see what happens. There does not appear to be any electronic devices on the board to actually reduce say a 12v input to a 3v output. There is no pinout explanation for the large connector.
